Questions
No. Pro and Business include unlimited field crew in the crew app. Starter includes up to five. You pay for office users, not for the people on site.
There are no lead fees. When a homeowner hires you through ScopeGrade and pays online, a success fee comes out of that payment: 7% on Free, 5% on paid plans, with a minimum of US$29 / C$39 and a cap of US$550 / C$750 per job. The payment goes to your own Stripe account, and invoices and deposits from your own clients carry no ScopeGrade fee.
Allowances reset each month. If you regularly need more, the next plan up includes more. There are no automatic overage charges for Scout messages.
Pro and Business include the RFP workspace with a few tender briefs a month. For regular bidding, the Commercial plans add more briefs and the full pursuit workflow.
Business includes Deck Studio, Fence Planner and Hardscape Studio. On other plans you can buy Deck Studio or Fence Planner once, from the Tools tab.
Yes. Annual billing costs ten times the monthly price — two months free — charged once a year.
No. All prices exclude applicable sales taxes — GST/HST/PST in Canada, or state sales tax in the U.S.
Online client payments with direct payouts to your bank are being built on Stripe Connect. Card processing will be charged at Stripe's standard rates with no ScopeGrade markup.
