Questions

Common questions

What is a tender brief?

Scout reads the tender package — up to 300 pages per brief — and produces a structured summary of scope, requirements, deadlines and risks, with every point linked to the page it came from so your team can check it.

Why does a Commercial plan include Ops?

Winning work and delivering it shouldn't need two systems. Commercial Pro includes everything in Pro and Commercial Business includes everything in Business, so an awarded bid becomes a job without re-entry.

What is a bid seat?

A teammate who can work on pursuits and submissions. Multi-user workspaces are being rolled out; seat counts apply as soon as they're live.

Can I add more tender briefs or regions?

Yes. Extra briefs come in packs of 25 (US$99 · C$129), and Commercial plans can add regions as feeds launch.

How do I move to Enterprise?

Talk to us when you need branches, many users, higher document volumes or a service-level agreement. Enterprise is an annual contract from US$25,000 / C$33,000.
